Weland Aluminium celebrates 40th anniversary

The celebrations began in the morning with a family day for employees and their families. Around 80 people – adults and children alike – gathered to take part in a quiz walk, a five-event competition, and other activities. The popcorn machine was kept busy, and the day concluded with grilled burgers, drinks, goodie bags, and a prize-giving ceremony for both young and old.

In the evening, the celebrations continued with around 120 guests. Employees and their partners, along with key subcontractors and installers, gathered for socializing, a welcome drink, and a three-course dinner.

The event also featured music, dancing, and a music quiz incorporating elements of Weland Aluminium’s history. Departing CEO Peter Melldén took the guests on a journey through the company’s 40 years, from its inception in 1986 to the present day.
