Weland AS in Norway inspires with a new magazine.
How do you combine inspiration with facts for the construction and architecture industries? That was the question Weland AS, Weland’s Norwegian branch, asked itself. The answer was an inspiring and informative magazine.
“For us, it is about bringing together the best of both worlds in one magazine. Here you will find customer cases showing how challenges have been turned into solutions, along with facts, valuable insights, and product news for those who want to stay one step ahead,” says Knut S Larsen, Site Manager at Weland AS. “We want the magazine to reflect both the industry as a whole and ourselves. Simply put, it is a mix of conversations with local industry representatives, stories from our customers, and a glimpse into what is happening here at Weland.”
Using a customer magazine as a communication channel creates a different experience compared with digital media. It strengthens customer relationships by making the recipient feel selected. The printed format also provides a more in-depth and engaging reading experience, and research shows that printed material is easier to absorb and holds the reader’s attention better than digital text.
“Customer magazines are particularly effective for building brands and communicating more complex messages, which is something more and more companies are showing interest in,” says Jenny Wilde, CEO of Industrireklam, which produced the magazine together with Weland AS.
